The villa accommodates up to 6 guests in three separate suites. Each suite has a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm), a private shower room and a toilet, so everyone can enjoy their own space.
The living room and equipped kitchen are shared spaces for meals and relaxing. The kitchen includes an oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. Outdoors, enjoy a terrace, garden and private pool reserved for your booking.
The bedrooms are air-conditioned. Wi-Fi, bed linen and bath towels are included. A washing machine is available for longer stays.
You have use of the entire villa, its terrace, garden areas and private pool. These spaces are reserved for the guests on your booking.

The villa accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. Check-in is from 5 pm and check-out is by 11 am, unless a different time has been confirmed for your booking.
Parties and music played through speakers are prohibited indoors and outdoors at all times. Listening through headphones is welcome. Please respect the peaceful neighbourhood.
Bed linen and bath towels are provided. The cleaning fee is shown in the price breakdown before booking. Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged on request, subject to availability, with the extra charge confirmed in advance. Children must be accompanied and supervised near the pool.
Babies are welcome. One cot is shared between all Amara villas and is available on request, subject to availability; please request confirmation before your stay. Pets are welcome for an additional fee of €50 per stay.
